Mike Hewitt grew up in Salem, Virginia, with his parents and two older sisters. Along with his parents, Mike's maternal grandmother, Jewel, had a powerful spiritual influence on his life. She would reading The Bible Story books to her three grandchildren on a daily basis and would speak about Jesus continually.
Ten years later, Mike experienced a difficult time in his life and felt the call of God upon his life. Recommitting his life to Jesus, he left the police department and headed toward the call of pastoring, being encouraged and mentored in that direction by several pastor friends. Completing his master's of divinity degree, Mike was ordained to the gospel ministry in 2014.
While still a young boy, Mike was baptized, with church being a big part of his early life. After high school, he chose a career as a police officer with the Roanoke County Police Department in Roanoke, Virginia.
After pastoring full time for 11 years, Mike joined the Mountain View Conference team in December 2016, assuming the role of executive secretary and ministerial director and on December 12, 2017, Mike was elected president of the Mountain View Conference.
Mike, and his wife, Brittan, who is a medical transcriptionist, have two children, Jewel and Levi.

Victor attended Georgia-Cumberland Academy and Fletcher Academy where he met his wife Monica. He graduated from Southern Adventist University in 2001, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration emphasis in Accounting.
The Mountain View Conference offered Victor a job as the accountant in June 2001 to replace Goldie Titus who was retiring. In 2004 he was offered the position of treasurer, becoming the youngest conference treasurer in the North American Division at that time.
